Sovereign Compute

Sovereign compute delivers high-density GPU capacity where data sovereignty, operational autonomy, and infrastructure independence are non-negotiable. MEAICON engineers platforms for environments where the grid does not reach, the supply chain cannot follow, and data must remain within a controlled jurisdiction.

Multiple capacity tiers from 48 kW compact deployments to 240 kW high-density configurations, each designed for the region's most demanding operational conditions.

Overview

Infrastructure independence by design

MEAICON's sovereign compute platforms place high-density GPU capacity directly at the data source, eliminating cross-border data transfer exposure. All processing, storage, and model inference remain within the controlled perimeter — engineered for government, defence, and critical infrastructure deployments where jurisdictional compliance is paramount.

Four configuration tiers span from 48 kW compact edge nodes through 96 kW wide-body and 100 kW liquid-cooled deployments to 240 kW high-density GPU configurations. Every platform is certified for +50°C ambient operation and engineered for 18+ days of grid-independent full-load operation.

Capabilities

What we deliver

Data Sovereignty

Compute operates at the data source, eliminating cross-border data transfer exposure. All processing, storage, and model inference remain within the controlled perimeter.

Grid Independence

500 kW prime power with 10,000-gallon fuel capacity enables 18+ days of continuous operation at full load without external power or resupply.

Four Configuration Tiers

From 48 kW compact edge nodes (4 racks) through 96 kW wide-body (10 racks) and 100 kW liquid-cooled (7 racks) to 240 kW high-density GPU configurations (10 racks at 24 kW/rack).

Certified Extreme Environment

Full N+1 capacity certified at +50°C ambient — the real operating point for Gulf, North Africa, and Southwest US summer deployments. Facility PUE of 1.42 at +50°C full load.

Single-Source Accountability

One contract, one warranty, one project manager, one SLA. Integration risk lives with MEAICON, not with the client's project team.

Hardware-Rooted Security

TPM 2.0 root of trust, secure boot, measured boot, and platform integrity attestation built into the silicon — protecting mission data from first power-on through end of mission life.

How it works

Delivery approach

01

Assess

Workload analysis, sovereignty requirements, site conditions, and configuration selection to match platform capacity to mission objectives.

02

Design

Engineering the platform configuration, cooling architecture, power systems, and security model for the operational environment.

03

Build

Manufacture, Factory Acceptance Testing with certified performance validation, delivery, and commissioning.

04

Operate

Lifecycle support including 10-year spare parts, global SLA, operator training, and capacity expansion through pre-engineered expansion paths.

Why MEAICON

What makes this different.

  • Vendor-neutral — we do not resell hardware, software, or cloud capacity. Recommendations are shaped by fit, not commission.
  • Consultants with engineering experience — advice is grounded in what is technically achievable, not theoretical frameworks alone.
  • Regional regulatory knowledge across our markets jurisdictions — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, and cross-border frameworks.
  • Each engagement produces a decision and an implementation plan — not a slide deck that sits on a shelf.
  • Options-based recommendations — we present trade-offs, not a single preferred answer, so your team owns the decision.
  • Experience across enterprise, government, and regulated industries — we calibrate advice to your environment, not a generic best practice.
