Partners

Technology alliances that deliver.

We partner with leading technology vendors to deliver certified, supported infrastructure across the region. Our partnerships mean our clients get the right technology, properly deployed, with vendor-backed support. But our alliances are a means to an end, not an end in itself — we are vendor-independent in our recommendations, and we select the platform that fits your requirements, budget, and regulatory context, not the one that fits our quota.

Our partner strategy is built on three pillars: technical depth, regional accountability, and operational alignment. We do not list logos on a page for marketing value — every partnership represents a real engineering investment, with certified specialists, tested architectures, and proven delivery models in the markets we serve. We maintain a curated alliance portfolio rather than a long tail of vendors, because depth of expertise matters more than breadth of logos when a production system goes down at 3am.

Our approach

Independent by design.

We are vendor-independent. Our partnerships give us access to technology, training, and support — but they do not dictate what we recommend. We select the right platform for each client based on requirements, budget, and operational fit.

When we deploy a partner's technology, we are certified on it, we support it, and we stand behind it. The client gets one accountable partner — us — with the full backing of the vendor behind us.

How we work with vendors

Reseller

We procure, deploy, and support vendor technology as a certified reseller across our markets. Our reseller relationships give clients direct procurement, warranty, and lifecycle management through one accountable partner — not a vendor portal and a separate integrator.

System Integrator

End-to-end design, deployment, and integration of multi-vendor environments under one contract. We take responsibility for the interoperability of every component — from network to security to cloud — so the client does not have to coordinate multiple vendors, multiple SLAs, and multiple blame chains.

Managed Service Provider

Ongoing operations, monitoring, and support for deployed vendor technology through our 24/7 NOC/SOC.

Technology Advisor

Independent advisory on vendor selection, architecture, and procurement for client infrastructure programs. Our advisory practice is vendor-neutral — we recommend what fits your requirements, not what pays us the most. We help you evaluate, shortlist, and select the right technology with engineering rigour, not sales influence.

How we choose partners

Selection criteria

Technical certification is the first gate. Every partner we engage must maintain current, verifiable certifications for the technologies they represent — not just sales accreditations, but engineering-level certifications that require hands-on competency. We validate this by requiring our own engineers to achieve the same certifications independently, so that when a vendor claims a feature or a limitation, we can verify it from first-hand experience rather than a datasheet. This dual-certification model ensures that our recommendations are grounded in engineering reality, not vendor marketing.

Regional presence is the second criterion. A partner must be able to support deployments across the region — not just from a European or North American remote support desk, but with engineers who understand the local telecom landscape, the regulatory environment, and the logistics of operating in markets where a parts shipment can take three weeks to clear customs. We look for partners who have invested in regional teams, local-language support, and in-country spares depots, because these factors directly affect our ability to meet SLA commitments.

Shared SLAs and operational alignment complete the picture. When a client signs an SLA with MEAICON, we need to know that our partners will stand behind their technology with the same urgency we stand behind our operations. This means co-signed escalation matrices, agreed incident response timescales, and joint participation in our incident management processes. If a vendor cannot commit to a defined escalation path and a measurable response time for P1 incidents, they are not a partner — they are a supplier, and we treat them accordingly in our architecture risk assessments.
