Are you vendor-independent?

Yes. We partner with leading technology vendors for access to training, certification, and support, but our recommendations are based on client requirements — not vendor quotas. We select the right platform for each engagement based on operational fit, budget, and regulatory context.

Do you work with governments and regulated industries?

Yes. A significant portion of our work is with government agencies, banks, hospitals, and telecom operators — all of which operate under strict regulatory and compliance frameworks. Our designs account for data sovereignty, local content regulations, and sector-specific compliance from the start.

How does a typical engagement start?

It starts with a conversation. We discuss your goals, timeline, and constraints. If there is a fit, we conduct a structured assessment of your current environment, then design a solution with architecture, BoQ, and operational plan. You sign off before any procurement begins.

What is your delivery methodology?

We follow a four-stage framework: Assess (audit and gap analysis), Design (architecture and BoQ), Build (procurement, installation, commissioning), Operate (24/7 NOC/SOC monitoring and response). The same team owns every stage — no handoffs to third parties.

Do you offer ongoing managed services?

Yes. After build and commissioning, we offer 24/7 managed services through our NOC and SOC. This includes network monitoring, security monitoring, patching, incident response, and SLA-backed support. Many clients engage us for build plus ongoing operations as a single contract.

All markets follow the same engineering standards and are backed by our centralised 24/7 operations.

Can you deliver outside these markets?

We can deliver project work in adjacent markets on a case-by-case basis, particularly where the engagement is bounded in scope and duration. For ongoing managed services, we prefer to operate in markets where we have local presence, because the quality of 24/7 operations depends on local engineering context and rapid on-site response capability. What size projects do you take on?

We work with mid-to-large enterprises and government agencies. Typical engagements range from focused security assessments to multi-year infrastructure build and operate programs. If you are unsure whether your project fits, reach out — we will tell you honestly.

Do you offer consulting without deployment?

Yes. Our consulting practice delivers strategy, audits, roadmaps, and regulatory advisory independently of deployment. You can engage us for advisory only and implement with your own team or a different integrator. We will still be available for technical guidance during implementation, and our documentation is engineered to be actionable — not theoretical.

How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

All client data is handled under strict confidentiality agreements. Our SOC operates under documented security controls, and we comply with applicable data protection regulations in each market. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
